What's the difference between Explorer and Camper? +
Explorer is completely free — create an account and you get the full map, all 56 filters, check-in, XP, and the ability to report availability. Camper (£24.99/year) adds the peak period calendar, unlimited trips and journal entries, community pitch notes, and first access to new features as they roll out.
Can I upgrade from Explorer to Camper later? +
Yes — at any time from your account page. Your XP and check-in history carries over.
Can I get a refund? +
We offer a 14-day cooling off period from the date of purchase. If you're not happy in that window, get in touch at hello@campingfreely.com and we'll sort it. After 14 days memberships are non-refundable as full access is granted immediately on purchase.
Is my payment information secure? +
All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe is PCI DSS compliant and used by millions of businesses worldwide.
What happens when my 12 months is up? +
Your Camper membership renews automatically. You'll receive an email reminder before you're charged. Cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account — your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
